Welcome to my world of firearms craftsmanship! I'm Jon, a seasoned artisan who's been captivated by the intricate mechanics of firearms since I was just a kid. But out of all the amazing firearms out there, there's something truly magical about the iconic 1911 pistol.

Back in my early days, I dreamt of attending gunsmithing school, but life had other plans for me, and I found myself exploring the fascinating world of Machine Tool. Fortunately, I had an incredible mentor—a former gunsmith—who opened my eyes to the art of gunsmithing and ignited a passion that burns bright even today.

After completing my technical college degree in machine tool, I embarked on an intense tool & die apprenticeship, honing my skills and laying the groundwork for the meticulous craftsmanship I'm known for now.

My journey led me to work as a Tool & Die Maker while moonlighting as a gunsmith during my off-hours. The technical precision and artistry of crafting high-precision industrial tooling further fueled my love for firearms.

As life went on, I decided to run my own machine shop, embracing many projects in the firearms industry. But my passion to serve the community pulled me toward law enforcement. I took on various roles, throughout my Law Enforcement career. Sharing my knowledge as a certified LE firearms instructor has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey.

Following my heart, I opened a full-service gun and gunsmith shop. Gun enthusiasts from all corners sought my expertise, but amidst the chaos, the timeless allure of the 1911 pistol continued to call out to me.
Today, I've dedicated myself entirely to hand building custom 1911 pistols. To me, these firearms aren't just machines; they are masterpieces that showcase the perfect blend of complexity and simplicity. Each 1911 I create is a work of art—a testament to the love and passion I pour into my craft.
